In the morning, guests will be picked up from their hotel for an exciting journey to the Mererani Hills, home of the rare blue gem, Tanzanite. At 9 AM, we’ll embark on a one-hour adventure, passing through vibrant local villages and stunning landscapes.

Upon arrival, explore various mining zones and learn about Tanzanite’s history, mining processes, and its impact on local communities. After lunch, we’ll continue on a two-hour journey to the beautiful hills of Lemshuku, where the Tsavorite gemstone is found, passing Maasai villages along the way. In Lemshuku, you’ll enjoy a scenic sunset and a delightful evening of Nyama Choma. Join us for this unforgettable experience!
